  • Both work out and daily movement
  • This is a huge dominant Action Point.At a minimum, split it in half and make two stations
  • Advanced movement: stretching (yoga type), Parkour, anti-stationary, general advanced movement
  • Working out: muscle and cardio
  • Encourage the act of moving around as a priority
  • Being fit isn’t just for the fit — it’s fundamental part of living
  • Combine with nutrition to provide the basis to fight illness and disease
  • Diabetes
  • Cancer
  • Heart issues
  • Combine with nutrition for maximum productivity base
