On the menu, select Customers and then Manage Customers.
Locate the customer you want to check(you can use the filter or search for the email).
On the sidebar, click Account Information.
Enter a New Password at the end of the page.
Click Save Customer.
Password can be reseted from Magento.

Can I reset the password from NetSuite?
No, the field password in NetSuite will only work the first time you're creating a new user. After that, you need to request a new password from the website or Magento.
