​​The easiest way to reset the users' password is from the website. Just visit

  • ​​From the login screen click Did you forget? or visit
  • ​​Enter the account email and click Retrieve Password.
  • ​​The user will receive an email with a link to create a new password.

​​Alternatively you can reset the user's password from Magento.
​​
  • ​​Connect with your credentials.
  • ​​On the menu, select Customers and then Manage Customers.
  • ​​Locate the customer you want to check (you can use the filter or search for the email).
  • ​​On the sidebar, click Account Information.
  • ​​Enter a New Password at the end of the page.
  • ​​Click Save Customer.
