​Guide for speakers

​​There are a lot of people, who want to ask you something, but can’t reach to you. We offer a way to help them. For each participant, there is an opportunity to ask you a question directly., through event chat.
​​There is a quick guide on how you can handle it

​Prepare

  1. ​​First, install the app Events Mobi
  • ​​
​​Links:

  1. ​​Login. You can do it through EPAM SSO. 
  1. ​​Please, don’t turn off push notifications from the app, you will need it
​​

​Answer

  1. ​​Every time anyone sends you a message, you will receive a push, that will put you directly to the chat. Feel free to answer right away

​Find event’s chats

​​
​​If you dismissed push notifications but still want to answer questions, you can find the chat page in the event:

  1. ​​Find the “Tester’s day Town Hall” through main page, events page or your profile
​​
  1. ​​On event page in the bottom bar you can see the “chats” icon. Tap on it.
  1. ​​Every participant sees every speaker on that event. You, as a speaker, could also see every participant that writes to you.

​Turn off chats

​​
​​If you get annoyed by all the questions, you can always turn off all notifications from chats. So participants won't be able to bother you
  1. ​​Open burger (right top of the screen) → Tap on settings → Turn off the Speaker chat settings switch
