Discussing Project 1 development

  • Hopefully today you have worked through the experimentation and development phase of the design process, setting you up to get peer feedback on your ideas in class today and then execute your final illustrations for the deadline on 2/8 at 11:59pm
  • Here is how the feedback process will work:
  • Use the “communicative function and purpose” questions in Cullen page  127 in new edition (page 121 in old edition) to review your peers’ project drafts.
  • You can discuss your feedback at the table, but record a bit from your conversation by writing down a few notes for using the peer review function in Canvas. 
  • We will use the rest of class time to work on Projects.
  • I have print magazine available if you would like to page through to see what completed illustrations look like in this context.
