[06][EN][+] How to install an application from Marketplace
Before you begin
The easiest way to install an application is to do it from a Marketplace.
Platforms
Zendesk.
Freshdesk.
Livechat.
Prerequisites
You need administrator rights at the system.
Zendesk
Open the Zendesk Marketplace page in your browser. Find an application you need by entering a name of the app to the search field:
Open the app’s page and click the“Free trial” button.
If you want to restrict access to the application for certain users or reduce its cost(for some apps) please read the article“How to restrict access to any application for certain users” and make some additional actions before the next step.
Then click“Proceed to payment”. If you install the application for the first time you will not be charged during a trial period.
Enter your card details.
Freshdesk
First option
Open the Freshdesk Marketplace page in your browser. Find the application you need using the search field by entering the name of the app:
Click“Buy App” next to an application you want to install.
Enter your full Freshdesk domain name and click“Proceed”
Second option
Inside Freshdesk - click“Admin”(the lowest icon on the left panel).
Scroll to a“Helpdesk Productivity” section and click“Apps”:
